Intro to Cyber Security: Membership taster session

This event is a free, CPD-accredited Introduction to Cyber Security session taking place on Tuesday 8th October. Designed as an entry-level training course, it helps non-technical staff understand and mitigate everyday cyber threats. Attendees will gain practical skills to secure devices, recognise phishing attempts, and respond effectively to cyber incidents.

As well as providing essential cyber knowledge, this event also acts as a taster of Cyber and Fraud Centre membership. Everyone who signs up will be sent a membership proposal with more information about the benefits of joining our community. 

Open to organisations of any size and sector, this training is an excellent opportunity to strengthen cyber resilience, build a security-aware culture, and support good governance by demonstrating effective risk management.
