Introduction to Cyber Security for Housing Association Staff is an entry-level training session designed to support non-technical employees working across Scottish housing associations to better understand and reduce everyday cyber risks. The session provides practical, easy-to-apply guidance to help staff protect organisational devices and sensitive tenant data, recognise common threats such as phishing and social engineering, and respond appropriately if a cyber incident occurs.
This CPD-accredited session offers housing associations a practical way to strengthen cyber resilience, embed a security-aware culture across teams, and demonstrate good governance to boards, regulators and funders. It can also support organisations in meeting cyber insurance requirements and wider assurance obligations.
