There’s more to online events than “webinars” with presenters slowly shuffling slides. As CyberScotland Week approaches we want to think about how you can best use online tools to create interesting and memorable events. Whether it’s using Twitch to watch gamers, or enjoying an acoustic set from a band on YouTube Live – people are using live-streaming websites to be entertained and learn. So how can we use this technology to engage with your existing audience, as well as reaching more people? 

In this session we’ll talk about the process of creating engaging and interactive online events. We’ll show you what we’ve learned from the past four years of live-streaming workshops to thousands of people across Scotland, and give you some practical hints and tips about adapting your events or training for an online audience.
