What is it?
This service is designed to put your incident response (IR) plan into action, ensuring your team is prepared to handle a real-world cyber incident. The process begins with a pre-call to discuss the specific theme or threat you’d like to address, allowing us to tailor the exercise to your organisation’s needs. If needed, we can help you build or refine your IR plan before or after the session. On the day, we facilitate a half-day exercise based on the selected theme, followed by a feedback session to review performance and engage in a broader discussion.

If the organisation does not have a IR plan in place we can work with the organisaiton before hand to help build their plan – this is a chargeable service and price depends on how much work has been undertaken already and the size of the organisation and it’s stakeholders.
