Following the success of our See It, Be It – Cyber Ladies Afternoon Tea, we are excited to launch a new competition for schools.

We’re offering 10 female students from 10 schools the chance to win a place at the See It, Be It: Women and Girls in Cyber Conference on 7th November 2025, 10am – 3pm at Gogarburn, Edinburgh.

About See It, Be It

See It, Be It is our flagship campaign, supported by Accenture, Fortinet and NatWest, to help girls across Scotland discover their potential in cyber security. The conference brings together schools, industry experts, and role models to show young women that a career in cyber can be exciting, rewarding, and a great option for their future.

Many Scottish schools already take part in the NCSC CyberFirst Girls Competition, which is designed to create opportunities for talented young people in tech careers. The Cyber and Fraud Centre – Scotland is proud to support CyberFirst in Scotland, but we want to do more.

Why does See It, Be It matter?

Cyber is one of the fastest-growing career areas, yet women remain severely underrepresented. Our See It, Be It school competition is designed to inspire the next generation of girls to see themselves in cyber roles.
