The Cyber and Fraud Centre – Scotland is proud to announce a new strategic partnership with Consider IT, aimed at expanding the reach and impact of the Centre’s Cyber Skills Academy. This partnership will deliver free Intro to Cyber Security Training for charities, not-for-profits and startups across Scotland, empowering staff at all levels to detect, prevent and respond to threats.
Based in Edinburgh, Consider IT will bring their real-world experience helping organisations respond to threats and improve defences will be central to the partnership, ensuring the Intro to Cyber Skills training remains focused on practical, high-impact learning.
“We see first-hand how devastating cyber attacks can be for charities, startups and small businesses. This partnership allows us to share our expertise in a way that’s accessible, relevant and free, giving teams the confidence to recognise and respond to cyber threats” explains Stuart Gilbertson, Managing Director of Consider IT.

The Cyber and Fraud Centre – Scotland’s Cyber Skills Academy aims to close this gap, offering practical, relevant skills that can be immediately applied in the workforce. Training sessions are delivered by experienced practitioners, and can be tailored to sectors, technical maturity or team size.
